Rutee is a multi-service platform we built in the style of Gojek: one ecosystem covering ride-hailing, food and goods delivery, courier and in-app payments, with dedicated apps for customers, drivers and merchants plus an operations dashboard.

How we built it.

Rutee is built as a real-time marketplace: one shared backend matches demand and supply across service lines, while separate apps for customers, drivers and merchants talk to a single API.

Absolutely. Many operators launch with delivery or ride-hailing first, prove the model in one area, then switch on additional services as demand grows.
